Good questions.
Honest answers.
Everything you need to know before your first order, trade application or supplier listing.
What is BarGarnish?
A specialist marketplace where independent suppliers can offer dehydrated fruit garnishes. Each supplier manages their own products, stock, delivery and fulfilment.
Can I order from more than one supplier?
Yes. Each checkout contains products from one supplier, with that supplier’s delivery charge. Complete one checkout before starting a basket with another supplier.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Suppliers may offer trade packs and prices. Create a trade account and submit your business details for verification. Pack sizes, minimum orders and delivery terms are set by each supplier.
How do repeat deliveries work?
Once paid repeat deliveries are activated, you can choose a supported schedule on eligible products. You will see the full recurring amount and cancellation terms before agreeing. This feature is currently being prepared; no recurring payments can be taken at launch.
Where do suppliers deliver?
BarGarnish starts with Australian delivery. Each supplier chooses their delivery areas and prices. Enter your Australian postcode at checkout for a quote.
Is joining as a supplier free?
Seller membership is free during our launch period. The current commission is 2% of completed merchandise sales, excluding shipping. Processing costs are separate. Future paid memberships will require your express agreement.
Who should I contact about an order?
Use your account’s order page to send an enquiry or request a refund. The supplier handles fulfilment; BarGarnish can review escalated issues. Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.
Are the fruit photographs real supplier products?
Our fruit category and cocktail images are illustrative brand photography. Published products must use photographs uploaded by the actual supplier. We do not publish invented supplier reviews or ratings.
