Seller membership is free during launch. The current merchandise commission is displayed on the pricing page and saved with each seller’s accepted terms. Future paid memberships require express agreement and advance disclosure.
Suppliers must provide accurate business details, comply with applicable food business requirements, use truthful product descriptions and photographs, and maintain ingredient, allergen, packaging and traceability information. No alcohol sales are permitted.
Owner review required: finalise fee allocation, GST, merchant-of-record arrangements, suspension, recalls, returns and dispute terms before approving sales.
