BarGarnish collects account, contact, supplier and order information to operate the marketplace. Payment card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by BarGarnish.
Order information is shared with the relevant supplier for fulfilment. Marketing consent is optional and separate. Session cookies keep accounts and baskets working.
Owner review required: add the legal operator, privacy contact, retention periods, overseas service providers, access and correction process, and complaint procedure before opening payments.
